When I took apart the deck I realized the last contractor never installed propper footings. I poured 1200 pounds of concrete to do the job right.

Before: This door was in bad shape. I sanded it really well and used bondo to take care of any holes.

A customer tried to remove wallpaper from plaster walls. Yikes!
I installed 1/4" drywall over the walls, spackled, sanded and painted. The review in the next slide says it all.
A storm in Bennington Woods caused a branch to puncture the roof and come through the ceiling.
I repaired the drywall and painted the ceiling. Can you see the hole?
I have never seen nail pops like in Clover Hill. I rescrewed these walls and spackled them well.

Since there was a new born baby in the house I didn't want to scrape and sand old paint. I installed 1/4" plywood over and it cam out great.

I fabricated this cabinet with the specs from the oven company. I used the old doors so everything will match.
